Open Minded, Loyal, Team Player

Bouncing ideas, inspiring, and problem solving together I feel is imperative to any development process. Having different input, another set of eyes, and constructive criticism is something I value highly.

Iterative, Structured, Spontaneous

I like to consistently save my ongoing work as progressive bookmarks in my working timeline in the case the need to roll back a few iterative steps to save valuable time and effort. I find it very important to stop and share work after any significant iteration, until requested changes have been made/added/removed, and are found satisfactory. I find the iterative process invaluable to my workflow. Flexibility is key.

What I’m like

I am proud of my work ethic, open mindedness, reservedness, and the skill set I’ve built over the past 11+ years. I prefer to keep to myself and stay on task rather than overtly socialize but I am more than happy to interact and collaborate at the tip of a hat as necessary. I’m easy to work with, don’t sweat the little things, and don’t rock the boat. While I might not be a gregarious person I have an uncanny ability to get along with just about anyone.
